SHIPPING & RETURNS
Packaging
All our products are carefully packaged to protect the piece you love. All the artworks/furniture are packaged and wrapped with acid free tissue paper to protect them during delivery. Framed pieces will be boxed and wrapped in bubble paper, to make sure your artwork/furniture will arrive safely to your home.
Found an artwork you love for your wall? We’ll do our best to have it in your wall as soon as possible.
Processing & Shipping within Europe
All orders within Europe are normally processed and delivered within 10 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery times as processing times per artwork/furniture may vary. When an order exceeds normal processing times. In turn, you’ll hear from us in case any delays occur.
Processing & Shipping outside of Europe
International orders are normally processed in 10 business days and delivered within 2-3 weeks depending on its destination. Taking in account the impact on our environment, we do not deliver artworks/furniture larger than 70×100 outside Europe.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a Track&Trace code.
Cancelling your order
You want to cancel your order? You can. You have 14 days from the shipping date to request a return. Your refund will automatically be credited to the original form of payment that you’ve used to make the purchase.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete or our (or another) protective bubble wrap envelope isn’t used as shipping box.
Strangers Together has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition.
You want to cancel on artworks and/or furniture. In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as production has not started. This usually gives a 2-hour window after you’ve placed your order. Please contact us immediately at info@strangerstogether.com and we will do our best to cancel your order and provide a refund. After production has started, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds due to the rare and delicate nature of our artworks/furniture. The production of our artworks/furniture involves specialists in every step of the way, starting production per your order. We go out of our way to provide you with accurate descriptions & imagery of all artworks/ furniture.
Damaged Products
We double check our products before shipping to ensure that everything is up to our standards, yet sometimes your order can be damaged during transport. In case you are unlucky, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order at info@strangerstogether.com so that we can service a repair or replacement for you.
Here’s how returning works
Step 1: Register your return by sending us an e-mail stating your name and order number in the e-mail title. You always need to request your return, otherwise we can’t give you your money back.
Step 2: Print your return label and stick it on the Strangers Together envelope. Drop off your return at any post office near you. Note: this label is not a pre-paid label, which means these forwarding-charges will be for your own account. For more information of questions, send us an e-mail and we’ll be happy to help.
We hope you understand that as a small startup, we can’t cover return costs. Returns will be at your own expense.
